A Team Member is someone with their own PingPong account who can create incidents, maintenance, components and so on. A team member can either be a member or another admin. Admins can handle billing and manage other team members.
An Employee, sometimes referred to as a Viewer, is someone who can sign in to access a private status page. This can either be through a PingPong account or SAML with SSO.
With a Pro or Business plan, you can add as many additional Team Members to your account as you want: 50 Team Members for $49/month. Volume discounts are available.
With a Pro or Business plan, you can add as many additional Employees to your account as you want: 100 Employees for $199/month. Volume discounts are available.
You have full control over the style of your status page as you can inject your own HTML, CSS and Javascript. The level of customisation is different for each plan, please see the comparison above.
